Kombucha making workshop

This simple yet effective culture drink has been around for centuries, and now you can learn how to bring this into your family’s health and wellness routine.

 You will learn about the benefits of SCOBY, and all participants will receive their own SCOBY to get started.

Some claim that kombucha offers health benefits, including promoting gut health and a healthy immune system. It contains antioxidants and probiotics in this cultured drink.


Natural cleaning product workshop

Discover how easy it is to make your own laundry powder, cream cleaner, and mould treatment, as well as other everyday cleaning products, from this Leading author and passionate advocate for low-toxic, chemical-free products.

 Watch a demonstration from Valerie, founder of Green Living Australia 

 This seminar-style event lasts approximately one and a half hours, after which we will guide you through creating one of your products to take home.

 Each participant will also take home samples made during the demo and all recipes to continue using highly effective, natural cleaning products in their household.


Market in the Mountains

Fermented Food

The workshop is designed for anyone interested in learning how fermented foods are produced, so they can apply their newfound skills to create fermented foods in their own kitchen. The class will cover not only standard lacto-fermented foods, such as yogurt and kefir, but also kimchi and kombucha.
