My favourite bread has always been sourdough. It’s just my luck that they are also harder to find and more expensive. You also have to be careful when trying to purchase sourdough bread to ensure it is authentic, made using Lacto-Fermentation, and not just regular bread with some sour flavour added. The best way to ensure you get real sourdough is to make it yourself.
